SLIQ.SHOP Delivery & Shipping Policy

At sliq.shop, we are committed to getting your stylish clothing and accessories to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

Order processing is the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment.

  • Standard Processing Time: All orders are processed and delivered within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 4pm will begin processing on the next business day.

  • High-Volume Periods: During peak seasons (e.g., holiday sales, major promotions), processing times may be extended. We will announce any expected delays on our website banner and at checkout.


2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We charge a 50 AED flat fee for all deliveries below 200 AED across the UAE. All delivery times are estimates and begin after the order has been processed and shipped.

We ship to all of the UAE

International Shipping

We do not ship outside United Arab Emirates. To make international purchases please contact us to make arrangements. 


4. Order Tracking

We believe in keeping you informed every step of the way.

  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.

  • Tracking Number Activation: Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

  • Carrier Partners: We partner with trusted carriers including JEEBLY & ZYGO


5. Shipping Restrictions and Special Considerations

  • Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses: The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is provided. If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping fees.

  • Split Shipments: Your order may be shipped in multiple packages if items are fulfilled from different locations or require special handling. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment, but you will only be charged the initial shipping fee calculated at checkout.


6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

A. Delivery Delays

We strive to meet our delivery estimates, but please understand that delivery dates are only estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance procedures (ie: for international orders)

  • High-volume periods and carrier service disruptions

B. Lost or Missing Packages

  • If your tracking shows your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or your building and community security team.

  • If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include replacing your order or issuing a refund. [sliq.shop] is not responsible for packages that are stolen after being successfully delivered.

C. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within day of delivery) at orders@sliq.shop. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage to the item and the packaging. We will assess the damage and arrange for a replacement or a refund.


7. Returns and Exchanges Shipping
